Accomplished Ph.D. in Optical Communications, with over 15 years of extensive Telecom experience and a unique background in Telecommunications, Customer Experience, Management Consultancy and Programme Management. Career has spanned across a multitude of global Telecom Service Providers, Consultancies and Technology providers: Du, Vodafone, MTN, Accenture, Amdocs Consulting and Huawei Consulting. Extensive experience of Customer Experience and Operations including design and implementation of customer journeys.


Strong analytic, strategic and leadership capacity and passionate about delivering delight and value to customers through a digitally driven Omni channel experience. An original thinker, conceptual, tenacious, and known for being consistent & dependable.


Enjoys everything musical – singing, dancing or just listening to some old school tunes. Loves travelling and experiencing different and authentic cultures. Born and bred in Zimbabwe, received his Bachelor’s degree at the University of Manchester and a Doctorate at Imperial College in London.
